Do not wear makeup during a workout. As perspiration blends with makeup it turns into a wax like substance that can clog your pores. Keep your skin bare during workouts. This means skip the make-up and yes, even your skincare routine. Instead wash skin immediately after workout and then apply your full skincare routine.

Whether you are power-walking, jogging or hiking, remember to protect your scalp and hair from the sun. This is particularly true for those with thin hair.
