We will gladly accept exchanges or returns for Sonya Dakar products purchased only at upon receiving the item within 14 days of the purchase date.

Please contact Customer Service at to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).

To ensure a timely refund, please return the item immediately upon deciding the product is not right for you.

We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. To make it easy, place the item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product. Please included the a copy of your receipt as well.
  2. Clearly label the outside of the package (under the return address) with your RMA number obtained from a Sonya Dakar Customer Service representative.
  3. Product MUST be ¾ full in original packaging to be accepted for a refund or exchange.

We will issue a full refund to the credit card used for the original amount purchased at for any item that you return, if received within 14 days of the purchase date.

You can also request a store credit instead of a refund. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. If it is beyond

14 days from the purchase date we will not accept the return.

It takes up to 10-14 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue a store credit.
